Rooted in service, discerning taste and a positive commitment to helping the environment or utilizing the natural wonders of the world, Holistic Him is here to be your guide to becoming, establishing or enhancing yourself as the holistic gentleman.
I've been on a voyage, the voyage of life as we can call it.  One that has spanned through a very intricate time in our world.  One of that last generations to grow up without computers, but having them become a part of society, its important that as technology improves and becomes more of a part of our every day lives, that we incorporate holistic practices into our lives, to remain grounded and bonded to this earth and our evolution as humans. 
We are at a time in our lives where the world is so much more open to us, but yet so far away with our busy lives, work, family, romance, travel, leisure and day-to-day living consumes our chance to connect with ourselves with not only our hearts, our minds and or body, but also Mother Earth and the Universe that surrounds us.
In seeking out a better balance of living in a modern world, while still holding on to some core principles that I have ultimately have come to define as "holistic."  This site is an homage to the holistic men and women out there already that have pioneered a way for us to live the lifestyle of a holistic gentleman.
From organic clothing, traditional woven jackets, sustainably made shoes, eco-friendly products, proprietary items such as bath salts, beard oils, tea blends to recipes and even holistic tips and tricks to help you, the modern holistic gentleman become more holistically attractive, both inside and out!

  Reishi Mushroom History Reishi mushroom has been revered in China for thousands of years. It is depicted in many Chinese works of art and is utilized in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Today it is widely cultivated using a method of wood log cultivation in shade houses. Using fallen trees and then wood logs, early cultivators were able to plant spores and help nature produce a larger crop.
